Kreation’s Souptox: the new cool kid on the block

So by now we’re all familiar with Kreation’s  juice kleanses, but what about a soup kleanse?! Let us here at kreation be the first to tell you that a Souptox is the new cool kid on the block! Our 3, 5, and 7 day Souptox’s are the perfect way to change up your traditional kleanse experience. Loaded with fresh fiber filled vegetables, comforting flavors, and protein packed legumes, all of our Kreation soups are slow simmered to ensure the most nutritional value. This (up to) one week-long soup-based kleanse is designed to refresh and energize you from the inside out. 

You can expect 6 soups per day, with a recommended first soup at 8am and another soup every 2 hours. Make sure to drink plenty of water in between soups to curb hunger and keep you well hydrated! Water consumption during a kleanse also aids in flushing out toxins from the body; so get chugging! Our peppermint, lavender, aloe vera, lemon, and chlorophyll infused waters are perfect for adding in some flavor and bonus health benefits like gut and skin health. Same goes for our Slim Master, Master Cleanse, Collagen Lemonades, and Celery juices - all great metabolism and immune boosting additions to the Souptox

Pro tip: the Souptox can be made vegan by substituting any chicken or bone broth for Vegan Boneless broth! And if you’re a Kreation veteran, you probably recognize all of the soups above other than our newest soup star the *Hot LA Bitch* soup. Packed with nutrient dense ingredients like cabbage, sweet potato, broccoli, cauliflower, zucchini, carrots, tomato, veggie broth, and basil, this nourishing and delicious soup is guaranteed to keep you feeling full and satisfied without causing that dreaded post-carb crash. 

What about transitioning out of a Souptox you may ask? Just like we recommend prepping your body for the start of any of our kleanses by consuming mostly whole, plant based foods, the same goes for transitioning out. My number one tip: ease back into eating animal proteins and try to limit processed foods as much as possible to make that post-kleanse-high last!
