Founder Story
Kreation sprang to life in 2007, thanks to the vision and determination of Marjan Sarshar—an Iranian-American immigrant, single mother, and true visionary. Marjan’s dream was to build a business that would give back to her community by offering raw, local, high-quality products that make you feel good and taste even better.
It all began in a humble garage in Santa Monica, CA, where Marjan was cold-pressing juices by hand. Fast forward to today, and Kreation has blossomed into over 25 stores across Los Angeles. We've become a beloved staple for healthy food in the city, setting the gold standard for cold-pressed juice and nutritious grab-and-go meals in Southern California.
From day one, our commitment has been unwavering—never compromising on flavor, nutrition, or quality. Our Method
All Kreation products are hand-crafted with love, in-house, at our facility in Los Angeles, California. Preservative free. Bullsh*t free.
In 2007, Kreation began as a Kafé serving a Mediterranean-Persian cuisine on Montana Ave. in Santa Monica by Marjan Sarshar.
When she opened the first Kreation juicery, Marjan was cold pressing juices from her garage. Now, with over 19 stores throughout the Los Angeles area, Kreation continues to set the standard for cold-pressed juice and healthy grab & go meals in SoCal.
Our juices are never high pressure pasteurized, delivering significantly more nourishment and health benefits than traditional juicing methods. Kreation is committed to using seasonal fruits and vegetables purchased locally as much as possible. They flood the body's cells with vitamins, minerals, and enzymes that cleanse, heal, and nourish. We strive to source organic ingredients whenever possible. However, many small local farms we support are unable to afford organic certification, despite following organic practices. By shopping locally, we aim to uplift these farmers while ensuring the freshest, highest-quality ingredients for our customers. Our goal has always been to provide clean fuel for the mind, body and spirit. We love our community and work tirelessly to help our guests "Kreate a New You".

What is Cold Pressed
Our juices are made using the cold-pressed method, ensuring they are free from preservatives, artificial sweeteners, and colors. This technique preserves a high concentration of antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals, which help to boost immunity, promote detoxification, improve digestion, and enhance skin health.
Cold-pressed juice is extracted using a hydraulic press that applies immense pressure to squeeze out the maximum amount of juice, vitamins, minerals, and enzymes from raw fruits and vegetables. Traditional juicers generate heat through the friction of spinning blades, which can destroy some nutrients and diminish the health benefits of the juice. In contrast, cold-pressing produces minimal heat, allowing for greater retention of the nutrients usually lost in conventional juicing processes. This results in a healthier, more nutritious juice ideal for your kleanse.
While the cold-pressing process is labor-intensive, it ensures that every bit of juice is extracted, providing a richer and more flavorful beverage.
